There is a lot of surface for the calf and excellent ventilation through the ventilation openings and an adjustable opening at the rear. The hut consists entirely of indestructible HDPE plastic that protects the calves against the heat of the sun in the summer and against excessive condensation in the winter. The calf can find an optimal place in the hut. A sunny spot at the entrance or a sheltered spot at the back of the cabin. The cabin is easy to move. The galvanized frame ensures durability. There is an efficient feeding option on the outside. The indoor feeding station keeps the feed and calves dry.

Calf-Tel quality
The major advantage of Calf-Tel lies in the material (HDPE - polyethylene) and the production process. They ensure that the huts last a very long time (even under extreme weather conditions) and are good for the calf and practical for the farmer.
The Calf-Tel cabins are produced by means of a thermoforming process from extruded polyethylene. This gives you a much more powerful molecular bond within the plastic than with other plastic production methods. That is why these huts are extremely strong and do not tear after 5 years. You can see from our customers that the Calf Tel cabins in many cases last more than 25 years.

The material is lightweight, non-porous and impervious to pathogens and fertilizer acids (it is wood and other porous materials in which bacterial growth easily occurs). The material is also easy to keep clean. The calf hut is completely impenetrable by light, so that the sun and UV radiation do not get through and the calf remains protected against it. There is therefore no sweaty greenhouse effect in the summer.
