Quick test for calf diarrhea
BoDia is the first rapid test that Rota viruses, Coronaviruses, E. Coli and Cryptosporidium can analyze with just one test cassette and has a registration with the Friedrich-Loeffler Institute.
- Bring all materials that are used to room temperature.
- Remove the test cassette from the package.
- Shake the test tube, remove the white protective cap and break off the pin
- Press lightly into the tube and apply 4 drops of liquid to each test eye
The result of the test must be read after 5 to 10 minutes. Do not read the results after 20 minutes.
At both C and T a red line becomes visible (the test cassette on image has a positive result for both Rota and E. Coli). If an unclear line appears, the test is still positive. The pathogen has been identified. Negative result Only the control line (C) appears on the membranes. No test line (T) is visible.
Storage and shelf life
The BoDia test must be stored and used at temperatures between 4 ° C and 30 ° C. Avoid storage in a humid environment. Do not freeze the test cassettes. Shelf life up to 15 months after production date
